We are now accepting resumes for our Mortgage Loan Closing Manager position located in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:
  • Lead mortgage loan closing team and activities
  • Guarantee quality service, effective and efficient operations support for all internal and external customers by ensuring loan proceeds are prepared and initiated appropriately and that loan packages are closed within required deadlines
  • Ensure work of the team is in compliance with all federal, legal, and bank requirements
  • Participate in the formulation, review, recommendation, and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems
  • Be responsible for ensuring that staff members are appropriately trained
  • Perform other duties as required


  • Bachelors degree from two-year college or university preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years experience with loan processing, packaging, approvals, closing, accounting, selling and post-closing of mortgage loans or other related experience
  • Management experience preferred
  • Knowledge of conventional and government mortgage programs, loan processing, credit and property underwriting and loan closing and post-closing requirements
  • Capability to do the work of the group
  • Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards
  • Excellent problem solving and communication skills
